In this privacy notice, references to “Breakfast@Cinema”, “company, "we" or "us" or “our” are to Breakfast at Cinema Training and Consulting LLP (an LLP incorporated under the laws of India) and the terms “you”, “your”, “user” refer to you, as a user of Breakfast@Cinema services.
At Breakfast@Cinema, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and of our users who avail our services. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Privacy Policy document describes:

Breakfast@Cinema collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

i.) Personal information which may include:

•  Contact information. We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code and country.
•  Payment and billing information. When you purchase our services, we may collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method. On our website, we never ask for your credit card number, expiration date, or any other credit card information. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner RazorPay/PayPal.
•  Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to Breakfast@Cinema.
•  Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also


ii.) Other information. If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

We collect this information in the following ways:
•  Directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you register for an event or buy our services. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question through phone or email.
•  Automatically. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our website.
•  From third parties. For example, if you use an integrated social media feature on our websites. The third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This could include your name and email address.

Breakfast@Cinema uses Google Forms and Wix Forms to acquire information for its services. Your information stored through these tools will be subject to their respective Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

3.     Why Do We Retain Personal Data?

We retain Personal Data to fulfil our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes.  We may retain Personal Data for longer period if it is in our legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law.  If your Account is closed, we may take steps to mask Personal Data and other information, but we reserve our ability to retain and access the data for so long as required to comply with applicable laws.  We will continue to use and disclose such Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
•    With any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction.

We have implemented reasonable security practices and procedures that are commensurate with the information assets being protected and with the nature of our business. 1.    CCPA Privacy Rights:

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Breakfast@Cinema does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

11.   Jurisdiction

If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
